DCN AWARDS SPOTLIGHT SERIES

Less than four weeks left to nominate for the 2024 DCN awards

Daily Cargo News is gearing up for another great awards night this year to celebrate the achievements of Australia’s maritime and logistics industry.

The 2024 DCN Australian Shipping & Maritime Industry Awards is coming to the Plaza Ballroom in Melbourne on 21 November. Our awards recognise outstanding work across 19 categories, from safety and customer service to diversity and young achievers.

DCN publisher Lindsay Reed said celebrating momentous achievements each year helps shape a robust and diverse industry that is driven forward by its positive impact.

“The awards not only recognise what has been achieved in the past year, but also help to inspire future generations in showing how meaningful and impactful working in the maritime industry can be,” she said.

In the lead-up to the night of nights, DCN is catching up with the winners of the 2023 awards in a special Spotlight Series of articles. Keep an eye on the newswire and our awards site to hear from some remarkable individuals, teams and organisations.

Nominations are now open for this year’s awards, and all of industry is invited to get involved. You can nominate yourself, a customer or a client for any category. Submissions close on 2 October 2024.
