LOGISTICS software company WiseTech Global has today (7 January) announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire ImpexDocs, a company that provides trade management solutions to exporters.

Headquartered in Sydney, ImpexDocs provides a suite of global trade management (GTM) solutions to centralise, digitize, and automate international trade workflow

Established in 2003, ImpexDocs has clients across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States,

The company’s trade software suite is a unified digital platform for export supply chain executives to manage international trade processes and documentation, from sales and purchase orders, through to shipping and compliance documentation, while also providing visibility of the status of orders, shipments and contracts.

WiseTech Global plans for ImpexDocs’ functionality to become part of its family of compliance, trade, and logistics products.

WiseTech said ImpexDocs’ customers will continue to access ImpexDocs’ solutions, while ImpexDocs will remain under the current leadership of founder Manish Desai.
