ICHCA Australia’s Logistics Long Lunch is returning Brisbane this year after a two-year hiatus.
ICHCA Australia is the national branch of the International Cargo Handling Co-ordination Association. Its Australian events are an opportunity for local industry to gather over premium drinks and sumptuous food and hear from leaders on industry matters.
The upcoming Logistics Long Lunch, to be held at the Queensland Maritime Museum in Brisbane, builds off the inaugural event in 2022, which was “a huge success”, according to ICHCA Australia. More than 160 from 70 companies attended that year.
Captain Kasper Kuiper, chair of the Queensland Maritime Museum, will share a presentation this year on the importance of maintaining the state’s maritime history.
A portion of the proceeds from the event will go toward supporting the museum.
The event will be held on Friday 27 September, beginning at 1230 and wrapping up at 1630.
For more information and to register, head to the ICHCA Australia website. Registrations close on 20 September.
