ONLINE learning institution WiseTech Academy has announced it is now a recognised provider of training for those seeking accreditation for Approved Arrangements classes 1-12.
Approved Arrangement accreditation is for employees of quarantine-approved premises and importers and requires approval by the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment.
WiseTech Academy is a subsidiary of WiseTech Global and was created in 2018.
WiseTech chief executive Richard White said he wanted to see high-quality, affordable training made available to all areas of the logistics and supply chain sectors, both in Australia and overseas.
“It is vital that the industry has access to training that is both affordable and of the highest quality,” Mr White said.
“Created by our team of industry content experts, designers and educationalists, we are pleased to provide the new Approved Arrangements course to industry in support of the Department’s accreditation.”
The WiseTech Academy offers more than 50 training courses, including Incoterms 2020, Chain of Responsibility, Global Supply Chain Security and a new release on safe container loading among others.
