LOGISTICS company Qube Holdings has announced the appointment of Stephen Mann to the board of directors effective from 1 September.
Mr Mann is said to have extensive strategy, transformation and business development experience across different places and industries including rail, infrastructure, resources and transport.
His experience in senior executive roles with have included Aurizon, Qantas and BlueScope Steel.
Mr Mann is currently an independent business consultant advising major corporates and government utilities.
He has a Master of Business Administration with distinction from INSEAD (Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires) and his past ASX-listed company directorships include Novus Petroleum and as a founding director of AWE Ltd.
According to Qube, Mr Mann was selected “through a comprehensive recruitment process from a strong talent pool consisting of equal numbers of men and women”.
