MAXIMISING the potential of northern Australia will be the subject of a panel session at the Australian Logistics Council Forum 2019.
Panel speakers are to include Landbridge Group (Darwin Port leaseholders) vice president Mike Hughes, Port of Townsville chief executive Ranee Crosby, Australian Petroleum Production & Exploration Association chief executive Malcolm Roberts, Minerals Council of Australia chief executive Tania Constable, North Queensland Bulk Ports chief executive Nicolas Fertin and NT Airports director property Ross Baynes.
The session is to be chaired by Eva Lawler MLA, the Northern Territory Minister for Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics.
Themes of the session are to include:
- Building port and air freight capacity to take advantage of trade
- The mineral and resource sectors and supply chain efficiency
- ;Key infrastructure investments needed to make Northern Australia’s potential a reality.
The ALC Forum 2019 is to be held on March 5 -7 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
