ANDREW Adam, DP World Australia CEO, has been appointed a member of the Australian Logistics Council Board of Directors.
Mr Adam brings more than 20 years of experience in the global logistics sector to the ALC board.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Adam said: “I am honoured to have been appointed as member of the Australian Logistics Council Board of Directors. The ALC plays a critical role in identifying opportunities to address the challenges of the industry, and I look forward to supporting our partners and contributing to ALC’s initiatives to build a more efficient and resilient supply chain.
The ALC is the peak body that represents many participants in the logistics industry across Australia. ALC advocates for initiatives to improve productivity safety and infrastructure to support economic growth in Australia.
The ALC recently held its Forum 2022, which focused on shaping the future of Australian supply chains in the best and most efficient way.
