ROYAL Wolf has appointed Greg Allan as its new executive general manager Australia.
Mr Allan has previously worked in executive roles at Coca-Cola Amatil, Qantas and Coates Hire.
Royal Rolf Australia managing director Neil Littlewood said he was pleased to welcome Mr Allan to “the wolf pack”.
“Greg is a seasoned executive with an impressive record of growing businesses through well-executed plans, strong internal and external communications, and high levels of customer engagement,” he said.
Mr Allan said he hopes to share with Royal Wolf the best of what he’d learned over 25 years in executive leadership.
“I’m humbled to be trusted to take on such an important role in this high-performing company,” he said.
“Royal Wolf is a tremendous company to come into because it’s in growth mode.
“Investments in fleet, product development, technology and safety means our customers can confidently plan their requirements with us well into the future.”
Mr Allan said one of his first goals in his role with the company is to expand its customer base.
He said he also plans to visit Royal Wolf’s branches over the coming months to meet more than 200 of the company’s staff members.
“I want to work closely with the team, empower them to improve the customer experience and help the company realise its growth potential,” Mr Allan said.
“Training and coaching the team is a key focus and forms a large part of our employee value proposition.”
Royal Wolf said Mr Allan will lead the Australian arm of the business and oversee the Australian customer service centres, national and key accounts, operations, safety and inside sales teams.
He stepped into his new role at Royal Wolf on 1 September 2022.
