MSC has announced upcoming changes to its new Wallaby and Panda services, which connect Australia’s east coast with eastern Asia.
In a customer advisory, MSC said it will soon cease operating the new Wallaby service.
The service’s final outbound sailing is scheduled for week 17, on Christa Schulte (voyage 216S) departing Qingdao, China, on 29 April.
Its last northbound call in Sydney is scheduled for 22 May (voyage 220N), also on Christa Schulte.
Additionally, MSC said it will update its Panda service’s rotation by adding a port call in Qingdao.
MSC will be operating the updated service on a stand-alone basis.
For the current rotation, the last southbound call will be the JPO Aquarius (voyage KQ217A) in Shanghai.
The last northbound call from Melbourne is scheduled for 20 May (voyage KQ219R) on the same vessel.
