The EOI process offers interested parties the opportunity to highlight their planned use, strategic fit, experience and viability, financial soundness with operational readiness and value add to the precinct.
NSW Ports is open to offers to design, construct or make improvements to meet an occupier’s business needs or for the occupier to lead their own development. There is also an expectation that proponents will commit to working with local port communities to mitigate effects of operational activities.
