NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO DETERMINE PRIORITIES
- The ship ‘Voyager P’ was under arrest in Geelong, Victoria and was sold with the proceeds of sale held in an account opened by the Admiralty Marshal and administered by the Court at the Federal Court of Australia, Victoria Registry.
- The priority of claims against the proceeds of sale will not be determined by the Court until after 28 November 2024.
- Anyone who has a claim against the ship or the proceeds of sale should commence proceedings to enforce that claim before 21 November 2024, and if necessary apply to the Court to extend the period within which the order of priorities will be determined, otherwise an order determining the priority of claims against the ship or proceeds of sale may be made without notice.
