SVITZER Australia has appointed Veronica Jensen as its new chief commercial officer for the Australia and PNG region.
Ms Jensen started in the role this month and is based out of Svitzer Australia’s head office in Sydney.
Svitzer highlighted Ms Jensen’s commercial leadership experience in shipping, having spent 11 years working with Maersk.
She also has a background in engineering solutions, industrial consumables and the pharmaceutical industry.
“Veronica brings a strong external lens and passion for customers,” Svitzer Australia managing director Videlina Georgieva said.
“With a focus on performance and an expertise in establishing the right commercial excellence, customer relationship and pricing strategies, we look forward to Veronica further strengthening the value proposition and positive impact Svitzer brings to our customers and stakeholders.
