MORE than 115 players will hit off in the 2021 Shipping Industry Golf Day at Mona Vale Golf Club next Tuesday, May 25.
The six major sponsors (Adaptalift Hyster, DCN, DP World, MGL Logistics, Patrick and Royal Wolf), and breakfast sponsor (Triton), will be joined by 18 hole sponsors to ensure that the day will significantly add to the more than $700,000 already raised by the shipping industry to help research at Westmead Children’s Hospital into childhood cancer.
Dr Geoff McCowage will be on hand to update the crowd on the latest development into clinical trials.
Golfers are reminded of the earlier start this year – registration is from 6.30am and a shotgun start at 7.30am.
A light breakfast will be provided and following golf, lunch and drinks will be served in the clubhouse.
