QUBE Holdings has announced the appointment of Nicole Hollows to its board of directors of Qube Holdings Limited effective from today.
Ms Hollows has more than two decades of experience in the resources sector in several senior managerial roles across both the public and private sectors, including mining, rail and utilities.
Ms Hollows is currently an independent non-executive chairman of Jameson Resources and also an independent non-executive director of Downer EDI.
She was formerly the chief financial officer and subsequently chief executive of Macarthur Coal, managing director of AMCI Australia and South East Asia and more recently chief executive of Sunwater.
“Nicole brings deep financial knowledge and experience as both a CEO and CFO and has a strong background in capital and risk management,” said Qube chair Allan Davies.
Ms Hollows holds a Bachelor of Business – Accounting, Graduate Diploma in Advanced Accounting from the Queensland University of Technology and she is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Program for Management Development.
